This research amied to design forms of  interface designs of  instructional applications for smart phone and  Measuring their effect on Cognitive Load of Instructional Technology And Information Students, This Research is a development research, so the researchers have used systems approach in terms of implementing Khames ISD Model (2007) to develop the m-learning environment. Rsearch's sample was (27) instructional technology and information students from faculty of women - Ain Shams university.  The sample was divided into two experimental groups, first group was composed of (14) and srcond group was composed of (13) students. Acognitive load scale was designed  for this study.
The research Hypothesis was:

There is no significant difference at level (0.05) between the intermediate grades of the students of the two experimental groups the first group with (list inteface) and the second group with (Grid inteface) in the post measurement of the cognitive load scale.
