The reality of training programs in the Department of Educational Supervision, Department of Education for Output from the perspective of educational supervisors and supervisors

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of training programs in terms of identifying training needs and nominating trainees for training programs, selecting trainers and designing and evaluating training programs from the point of view of supervisors in the supervision department at the Administration of  education in Al-Kharj .
It also aimed to reveal the statistical significance of the differences between the average of supervisors in the  Administration of  education in Al-Kharj for the reality of the training programs provided to them which are attributed to gender variable.
The researcher used the descriptive method to describe the phenomenon of the study subject and analyze its data for the occasion of this kind of studies. The study society consists of supervisors in the  Administration of  education in Al-Kharj during the academic year 1438 AH / 1439H. They were (145) supervisors. The sample of the study was on a random sample (45 supervisors "male and female") with 31% of the total study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, a data collection tool (questionnaire) was constructed, and its validity and stability were verified.
The study reached a number of results, including:
- The reality of identifying training needs and the reality of evaluation of training programs was low.
- The reality of the nomination of trainees for training programs and the reality of the selection of trainers and the design of training programs with a medium degree
- There are significant differences at the level α 0.05 in the reality of training programs from the point of view of members of the study according to gender variable.
In the light of the results, the study concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which were:
- Adopt various scientific criteria in evaluating training programs to determine their effectiveness, and that the evaluation be carried out in stages (before, during and after training to measure the impact of training).
- The need to plan the process of identifying the training needs of supervisors and supervisors and adhere to scientific standards in that
