The research tools consisted of a musical skills observation card and a measure of motivation for achievement. The results showed: effectiveness of using McCarthy's model (4MAT) with its four dimensions (reflective observation - crystallization of a concept - active experimentation - tangible physical experiences) in developing some musical skills (solfege - Musical taste - innovation - singing - playing). Motivation for achievement is represented by (ambition - competition - responsibility - perseverance - curiosity) among the kindergarten child using 2.0 curriculum. The research recommended holding training courses for kindergarten teachers on how to apply McCarthy format model in teaching, increasing the awareness of kindergarten teachers and parents about the importance of general motivation and its development in children, and achievement motivation in particular, and highlighting its effective role in the learning process.
