Abstract


The aim of the study was to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the introduction of the syllabus in the development of speech skills among students of the Islamic Division. The study sample consisted of (38) students of the first grade of secondary students of the Islamic Division. (31) skills, and before their use was verified their validity and stability, and the results of the study indicate the effectiveness of the program based on the introduction of the introduction of the development of skills in public speaking.
