Education and Human Development: A Comparative Study between Singapore and Canada

Abstract

The Aim Of The Research Is To Know What Human Development Is. And Know The Most Important Features And Philosophy Of The Education System In Singapore and Canada . And Knowledge Of The Role Of Education In Human Development In Singapore and Canada. And knowing the similarities and differences between the comparison countries (Canada and Singapore) in education and human development. The Descriptive Analytical Method Was Used. One Of The Most Prominent Results Of The Research Is That Singapore Introduced Flexibility Into Its System In Order To Reduce Waste In The Educational System And Make Maximum And Optimal Use Of All The Abilities And Potentials Of Its Children. Reconsidering Academic Plans And Programs In Universities And Updating Them In Line With National Development Requirements, Taking Into Account Scientific And Technological Developments At The Global Level. One Of The Most Prominent Results Of The Research Is The Continuous Training Of Teachers, In Order To Face The Rapid Changes In All Fields. Teacher Training Requires Effective Training During Service In A Way That Develops His Abilities And Capabilities And Increases His Level Of Giving And Effectiveness.
