The Effectiveness of the legal purposes approach in developing the concepts of hadith and understanding contemporary jurisprudential issues among education students at Al-Azhar University

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the entrance of Sharia purposes in developing the concepts of the Noble Hadith and the understanding of contemporary jurisprudential issues among education students at Al-Azhar University. The Noble Hadith, and the test of contemporary jurisprudential issues, and the research tools were applied beforehand and the strategy was applied, and then the test was re-applied on a sample of education students at Al-Azhar University in Assiut.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
- There is a statistically significant difference at the level (.,.5) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in the post application of the test of the concepts of the noble hadith in favor of the experimental group..
- There is a statistically significant difference at the level (5.,.) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-application of the contemporary jurisprudential issues test in favor of the experimental group.
-The research methodology, its variables, and the experimental design used: The research relied on the experimental method. This is in order to identify the effectiveness of the independent variable (the entrance to the legitimate purposes) on the variables of the research, represented in (testing the concepts of the noble hadith, testing contemporary jurisprudential issues). Its number is (30 female student), with both pre and post applications
