Risk Management in Secondary Schools in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Field Study)

Abstract

The study titled: The reality of risk management in secondary schools in Riyadh aimed to identify the reality of risk management in secondary schools in Riyadh from the point of view of school principals. Providing proposals to confront some potential risks in secondary schools in Riyadh from the point of view of school principals and revealing whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) due to the variable (years of service, number of training programs in the field of risk management). To achieve the objectives of the study, Applying the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a research tool. The researcher reached many results, the most important of which is that the arrangement of the axis of the reality of risk management in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh from the point of view of school principals among the sample members is arranged according to the following order
