Abstract

Title of Paper: Quality of Professional Life and its Role on Achieving the Organizational Excellence at Education Directorate in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "Field Study Applied on Education Directorate in Riyadh".
The current paper aimed to diagnosis fact of availability of professional life dimensions on education  in Kingdom of directorate in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, detect the relation between these dimensions and organizational excellence, and know the obstacles, which facing professional life quality and impeding the process of achieving the organizational excellence and mechanisms proposed to achieve it.
 To achieve the objectives of research, the researcher used the survey descriptive methodology, based on questionnaire as basic tool of research and it has been implemented on all leaders at public directorate in Riyadh region, with number 56 term  within the first semester from the first semester from university year 1439H-1440H. As the result of study population limited, the tool of study is implemented on full community of paper, throughout following up comprehensive inventory method. The frequencies, percentages, means, Pearson coefficient of correlation, Coefficient of reliability ( Cronbach’s Alpha ) , and standard deviation were utilized in order to treat data statistically.
The most important results were as the followings:
In relation to availability of professional life quality at education directorate in KSA, the results showed as the followings: 
 The results detected that the study individuals are extremely agree on professional life quality at education directorate in KSA with average (3.38 out 5.00), and highlights of its availability are adopting the employees on culture of management with average (4.00 out 5)
    In relation to dimensions of  professional life quality and organizational excellence at education directorates at KSA,  the results showed as the followings: 
The results detected that the study individuals are extremely agree on dimensions of  professional life quality and organizational excellence at education directorate in KSA with average (3.40 out 5.00), and highlights represent on  the employees having the  high morals with average (3.73 out 5).
Regarding to obstacles  facing professional life quality and impeding the process of acquiring the organizational excellent at Education Directorates in KSA, the results showed as the followings:
The study individuals are agreeing on obstacles facing professional life quality and impeding the process of achieving the organizational excellence at Education Directorates in KSA (4.07 out 5.00),
According to results, the researcher made many of recommendations and proposals and hopes to lead the professional life quality in order to achieve the organizational excellence at Public directorate in KSA.
Key words: 
 Quality of Professional Life: availability of group of material and moral factors with its dimension difference at Education Directorate with a good manner, which reflecting on employees, thus feeling with professional satisfactory and safety and doing great efforts to acquire excellence.
 Organizational Excellence: group of activities and methods to be performed and carried out inside education directorates, which aiming to performance excellence and achieving with highest efficient and sufficient result
