Theoretical Frameworks for Empowering Women Leaders Administratively in Higher Education Institutions and its Relationship to Organizational Similarity - Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University as a Model

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between empowering women leaders administratively and their organizational similarity at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University by identifying the theoretical frameworks for administrative empowerment of leaders in educational institutions and its relationship to organizational similarity, as well as to identify the level of empowerment of these leaders administratively, and determine the degree of organizational similarity they have from their point of view, and the study followed the descriptive approach in its relational style, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for it, and the study population consisted of all women leaders at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and their number (62) leaders, (58) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis were obtained, and the study resulted in a number of results, most notably the following: The approval of the study members on the level of empowering women leaders administratively at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University with an average degree, with an arithmetic average of (3.22 out of 5), and a standard deviation of (0.91), and the approval of the study members on the degree of organizational symmetry among women leaders at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to a high degree, with an arithmetic average of (4.05 out of 5), And a standard deviation of (0.70), and it was found that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the level of administrative empowerment of these leaders, and the degree of organizational similarity among them.
