The Employment of Secondary School Female Teachers for Technological Innovations in Teaching

Abstract

        The study aimed to determine the reality of employing secondary school female teachers for technological innovations in teaching from their point of view, and to determine the effect of academic specialization and years of experience on the reality of employing secondary school teachers for technological innovations in teaching from their point of view. (160) teachers of the secondary stage, and applied a questionnaire to measure the reality of the employment of secondary school teachers of technological innovations in teaching from their point of view, and reached the following results: The most technological innovations used in terms of teachers' attitudes, the Internet was 4.89%, and the percentage of technological innovation in teaching was 4.74%, while the trend towards technological innovations in teaching was 3.68. The obstacles of employing technological innovations in teaching amounted to an average of (2.64). There were also no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the responses of the secondary stage parameters due to the variables (scientific specialization, years of experience). The study recommended several recommendations from the most important of which are: the need to establish workshops to train the female teachers on employment of technological innovations in teaching.
