Knowledge management challenges in foreign schools for girls in Riyadh

Abstract

The study aims to reveal the challenges facing the application of knowledge management in foreign schools for girls in the city of Riyadh, and to achieve the purpose of the study the survey descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was employed as a data collection tool, as it consisted of two parts, the first part includes general information about the members of the study sample, and the part The second consists of three axes of study, namely: (teachers' concerns regarding the application of knowledge management, the challenges facing the application of knowledge management, and the proposals to apply knowledge management), and after verification of the apparent honesty and validity of the internal consistency of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed to the study population of which a sample was chosen. Simple random number of its members reached 405 female teachers and leaders of foreign schools. The study reached a number of results, including: that teachers ’concerns in foreign schools with regard to the application of knowledge management were low, and that there are challenges facing the application of knowledge management in foreign schools to a medium degree, and that school teachers Foreign leaders and their leaders have agreed to all proposals for applying knowledge management in foreign schools to a large degree.
