Administrative Creativity in Secondary Schools in Libya (Concept, principles and requirements)

Abstract

This research has tackled a topic of great interest of many educators and officials of educational institutions in general, as the research aimed to crystallize and define the concepts of administrative creativity and its principles, and the requirements that should be available in the secondary schools in Libya. The researcher used the descriptive approach because it fits the topic of research and its objectives as it depended on the educational literature and the rarity of studies that dealt with this subject in Libya. The researcher reached a number of results represented an answer to the research questions, and the researcher recommended developing these principles under the actual implementation and to make use of them in the educational secondary schools in Libya.
