Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the effectiveness of a training program in developing the skills of teaching creative thinking among the female students of Mathematics, and its impact on the development of the creative thinking skills of their students in the intermediate stage. The most important research tools: -card note the performance of students teachers of the skills of teaching creative thinking (prepared by the researcher(. -A test that measures the creative thinking skills of first grade students (intermediate(.The research community consists of all female students in the third division of the Mathematics Department at the College of Education for girls in Jubail and their students. The research found the following results: -There are statistically significant differences (at 0.05) between the average tribal performance and the average post-performance of the female students (the sample) in their performance of the creative teaching skills included in the observation card. -There are statistically significant differences (at 00,05) between the average scores of students (female students) in the tribal and remote application to test the skills of creative thinking. In light of the results of the current study, the most important recommendations of the researcher include: -Developing the programs of the faculties of practical education in light of the activities and skills on which creative thinking is based. - Developing the capacity of male students to translate theoretical knowledge into teaching practices within the classroom so that they will be taught according to training practices in a number of workshops within the Faculty of Education to enable them to teach methods and procedures.
