Abstract

The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the role of higher education institutions in strengthening the educational value system. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the analytical approach to documents, books and previous studies that dealt with the values of university students and the role of universities in strengthening them. In order for institutions of higher education to strengthen the system of educational values, it is necessary to pay attention to providing positions of practice of these values, which are practical positions because it is not enough information and preaching and indoctrination, but must be realistic activity and living attitudes that must be lived by students in GA And to provide the appropriate climate to consolidate the positive values and their dissemination, taking into account the practical attitudes and the needsof the renewed, and increase the attention of the University administration to the personal and social aspects of the university students, such as their interest in educational and educational, and that the faculty member in his behavior role model for students and a model for them because of its impact In his soul, Activities in the congenital construction of the student and participation as an integral part of university life, and not just additional work can be apologized for not doing, and in light of the proposed scenario prepared by the researcher, it recommends the establishment of the Center for Educational Guidance in the university supervised by specialists in the following fields of science Psychology, social sciences, sociology, and forensic sciences) to help students in the different circumstances of university students, and to conduct training courses or seminars in a periodic manner for faculty members dealing with the most prominent problems they face in dealing with their students and may hinder They are important in their roles and their knowledge of methods of developing educational values.
