The reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the Education Department in the city of Riyadh and the obstacles to its application

Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh city and identify the obstacles of their application as well as the differences of statistical significance among the sample of the study regarding the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh city. The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study. A sample of (100) female employees of the departments of the Department of Education in Riyadh was selected and the study concluded the following results: 1. There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample members on the reality of applying the characteristics of the educational organization and the obstacles to its application in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh according to the variable type of job and years of service.2. There are statistically significant differences among the sample of the study regarding the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh due to the variable of scientific qualification. 3. There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members of the most important factors impeding their application due to the variable of scientific qualification. Study Recommendations: 1. The Ministry of Education adopts proposed models for the educated organization and applies them to the education departments. 2. Setting performance standards at all levels and continuously monitoring them such as using balanced performance cards.
