Spiritual Intelligence and its Relationship with Psychological Flow for A Sample of Special Needs Teachers in Kuwait State

Abstract

The current study aimed at identifying the relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological flow for special education teachers.The participants of the current study were (204) special education teachers from dufferent educational administrations.The instruments of the study were Spiritual Intelligence Scale (Prepared by the researcher) and Psychological  Flow Scale (Prepared by Amal Baza 2009).The results of this study refered to a positive correlative relationship between the whole score of the spiritual intelligence and it's subdimensions ( Sublimation,Meaning and enjoying of life,Spiritual Practice ,and Self-awareness) and the whole score for the psychological flow and it’s subdimensions (Time-mangement ,Activity & Working level,Resposbility feeling,Aim clearness,and Working Enjoyment) during special education teachers performance.In addition, there were statistical significant relationship between males and females on the spiritual and psychlological flow scales.
