Authentic leadership as an Approach to Support Smart Competitiveness in Public Education Schools in Egypt

The research aimed to identify the conceptual framework of Authentic leadership and smart competitiveness, identify the most important Authentic leadership models which support smart competitiveness in public education schools, analyze its dimensions, and   provide a suggested proposal  to achieve Authentic leadership which support Smart competitiveness in public education schools in Egypt, In achieving its objectives, the research  relied on the descriptive approach (analytical method - survey method) due to its relevance to the nature of the research , and a questionnaire was prepared to find out the mechanisms for achieving Authentic leadership to support smart competitiveness in public education schools in Egypt, namely: (Relational Transparency- Balanced Processing -Creating Awareness- Internalized Moral Perspective) from the point of view of the faculty members in the faculties of education, who numbered 37 members,  The research found the mechanisms for achieving Authentic leadership to support smart competitiveness in public education schools in Egypt in light of the opinions of experts and specialists, which arranged in descending order as follows: (Relational Transparency- Balanced Processing-Internalized Moral Perspective-Creating Awareness) and the research  presented a suggested proposal  to achieve Authentic leadership to support smart competitiveness in public education schools in Egypt  in light of the theoretical framework and the results of field research.
