Abstract

The digital transformation has become an important imperative for educational institutions that seek to develop and improve their services and facilitate their access to beneficiaries. However, the goal of the current research was to identify the educational requirements of digital transformation in Egyptian society Basic education as a model. A descriptive approach was used to address the subject of research and its nature. It is an approach that relies on describing phenomena, events, gathering facts, information and observations, as well as describing the conditions specific to them. In fact, there is also a proposed concept for enabling the role of primary school in keeping with the digital transformation of society The study recommended that digital transformation should be enabled in all aspects of the education system related to basic education, given the importance of using digital technology to solve educational problems and abandoning the old method of slow, cumulative, rapid, and inexpensive automation, A number of requirements have been set for digital transformation in educational institutions as a prerequisite for achieving a knowledge society, including: developing a strategy for digital transformation, spreading a culture of digital transformation, designing digital educational programs, managing and financing digital transformation, technical requirements, security requirements, and the study has established mechanisms to activate transformation. Digital in the basic education of the Egyptian society, mechanisms to activate the role of educational technology in adapting to the changes taking place in education.
