The Relationship between Organizational Justice for Leaders and Motivation Administrative Creativity among Employees in Al-Jouf University Staff

Abstract

The study aimed to study the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice for leaders and motivation the administrative creativity of the employees of Al-Jouf University. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach as a study method in addition to the survey, in order to describe the characteristics and variables related to the problem of study and test the study assignments. The study was applied to a sample of (337) individual staff at Al-Jouf University. The questionnaire was used to collect the required data, and the questionnaire list was distributed to all the vocabulary of the study sample, and recovered (280) lists (83%).The results of the study revealed a moderate degree of awareness of the dimensions of organizational justice for leaders and stimulate the administrative creativity of the workers, in addition to the existence of a positive moral relationship between the organizational justice of the leaders and the stimulation of the administrative creativity of the workers. The originality of the study was to provide knowledge about organizational justice to leaders
