for Developing using the alternative Linguistic assessment strategies Skills among Preparatory Stage Arabic Language Teachers and its effects on Linguistic production skills of their students

Abstract :
The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of A Proposed Training Program Based On Reflective Thinking for Developing using the alternative Linguistic assessment strategies Skills among Preparatory Stage Arabic Language Teachers and its effects on Linguistic production skills of their student
researcher used quasiexperimental design and Descriptive approach. A total of 30 teacher and 60 students of thear student were selected. The researcher prepared a program on teachers. The research tools were applied earlier and later to the research group, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the average scores of students and the research group in the tribal and post- This shows the effectiveness of the program based on Reflective Thinking in the development of the alternative Linguistic assessment strategies Skills and on Linguistic production skills of their students. The researcher recommended applying the alternative Linguistic assessment on Arabic Language Teachers in different Stages.
