A comparative study to improve educational policies in public education schools in Egypt in light of the experience of the Republic of Finland

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to benefit from the experience of Finland in the field of educational policy for public education and to extract what helps the development of educational policies in public education schools in Egypt in light of the experience of Finland. The current research used the comparative approach as a comprehensive methodological path that includes multiple approaches to comparative educational treatment. A general societal policy for the state, but the educational policy does not achieve its ambition, and that the educational philosophy in Egypt is not clear in terms, and the participation of specialists in education policy is weak and the lack of human and financial resources needed to develop education policy, and that the educational policy, most of which is a literal transfer of previous experiences of some countries, may not Fit the Egyptian environment and society. The adoption of the selection of many educational leaders at all levels on people who are not qualified and experienced and who are not qualified to assume leadership positions, the decrease in interest in building schools and the decrease in material support for school workers from teachers, specialists and support service workers in exchange for the steady increase in the number of students, which caused the emergence of high and clear densities in schools the general education.
