A proposed vision for developing the intellectual capital of leaders in Egyptian universities to achieve a competitive advantage

Abstract

The study aimed to identify intellectual capital as an entry point to achieve the competitive advantage of leaders in Egyptian universities because the interest in intellectual capital does not lie only in what the Egyptian universities possess of human minds, which requires that there be efficient management represented in faculty members to serve as the key to success for the university. And work on its survival within the framework of the global competition witnessed by universities, and the study used the descriptive approach.
The study came in the following axes, the first axis, the conceptual framework of intellectual capital in universities, the second axis, the intellectual framework of competitive advantage, its concept and dimensions, the third axis, the role of university leaders in achieving the dimensions of competitive advantage, the fourth erasure, the role of intellectual capital in building the competitive advantage of leaders Undergraduate, fifth axis, the proposed perception
