A suggested proposal for Developing the performance of pre-university education teachers in Egypt in the light of the Gamba Kaizen methodology

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of the Gamba Kaizen methodology in education, reveal the conceptual framework for developing the performance of teachers, and its relationship with the Gamba Kaizen methodology, reach the reality of teachers’ performance in Egypt in the light of the Gamba Kaizen methodology, and present a suggested Proposal to developing the performance of pre-university education teachers in Egypt in the light of the Gamba Kaizen methodology. this study used the descriptive approach applied and used Online Questionnaire applied to a sample of 150 pre-university teachers, the results of this study revealed the necessity of adapting to work according to crises to enhance the educational institution's access to sustainability, and to develop a creative strategy for improving management processes, and develop programs to create teacher roles and reach satisfaction. emphasis mastery of job performance skills, and enabling teachers to understand technological shifts and adapt to conditions and crises, and activating out-of-school surveillance methods using the Taguchi method, and be aware of the importance of keeping pace with the evolution of technological environments in the light of the fourth industrial revolution, digital transformation and the emergence of new concepts such as deep learning and artificial intelligence, and the study concluded with a suggested proposed to developing the performance of pre-university education teachers in Egypt in the light of the Gamba Kaizen methodology.
