    With quick development-happened in societies under the knowledge society and digital technology, required numbers of educated-people who have necessary skills to use information and participate in it.
    This research aims to determine the role of the electronic library to achieve continuing education, the problems which facing the electronic libraries, it used the descriptive method and arrived to that the electronic libraries have big role to achieve continuing education by making available information in anytime or anyplace
