This study drives at identifying the relationship among optimism, hope, and quality of life in breast tumor female patients. The sample consists of (70) breast-tumors patients in Libya. This study uses the descriptive method. The researcher has used several tools including: scale of hope, scale of optimism, and scale of quality of life (designed by the researcher). The study results indicate a positive relationship exists among optimism, hope, and quality of life. There are no differences exist between breast-tumors patients regarding optimism, hope, quality of life due to age and the social status.
