The Patterns of communication and its relationship to the administrative decision-making Managers at general School leaders in (Makkah )

Abstract

The study intend to answer the following question:
1- Is there a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the patterns of communication and decision-making?
To answer this main  question of the study the researcher adapted descriptive analytical method , and design a questionnaire composed of two parts , the first part : includes the patterns of administrative communication prevalent among managers of general education schools and  ways decision-making process with the directors general education schools.
The study found the following results
1-The presence of a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the prevailing patterns of communication and decision-making.
2-Having a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the contact prevailing patterns and decision-making are attributable to qualified scientific.
3-Having a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the communication patterns and prevailing decision-making process is attributed to the experience
4-The existence of regulations and the instructions are followed in the decision making process with the directors general education schools.
Based on the results of the above researcher recommended the following:
The need to overcome obstacles and to achive  a real impact on the process of communication between the manager and the other members of the school.
The need for further studies on the subject of patterns of communication and its relationship to the process of decision-making on other variables.
