The Role of Kindergarten Female Principles in Spreading the Culture of Comprehensive Quality for Kindergarten in West of Riyadh City

Abstract

This study aimed to identify role of kindergarten principles in spreading of total quality culture in Kindergartens, also to identify factors that help in spreading of total quality culture and barriers which obstruct spreading. The study also sought to identify whether there are significant statistical differences between views of kindergarten principals towards their role in spreading total quality culture in kindergartens according to the following variables: scientific qualification, specialty, years of experience, training courses in field of total quality management. The descriptive method was used in this study due to it adequacy to subject and objectives of study, questionnaire was used to collect required data to answer questions of the study. Questionnaire was applied on (60) principals whom were randomly selected from population of (143) kindergartens principals in west of Riyadh city.
 The study concluded to many results, such as: 1- Sample of study strongly agreed with roles that done by kindergartens principals in spreading total quality culture in kindergartens, the most important of these roles are (care to find adequate humanitarian relation between principals and employees of kindergartens, to encourage teachers for experiences exchange and participation and working as teamwork, care to make classrooms in accordance to number of children and the building must be suitable to children). 2- Sample of study agreed that there are barriers which obstruct spreading of total quality culture in kindergartens, the most important barriers such as (unobvious understanding to concept of total quality among employees of kindergarten, lack of principals conviction to importance of total quality, weakness of humanitarian relations between employees of kindergarten). 3- There are significant statistical differences between point of views of study samples towards role of kindergartens principals in spreading of total quality culture in kindergarten according to variable of training courses, in favor of principals who have (more than 3 training courses).
