The Strategic Alliance between The Ministry of Education and Faculties of Education to Achieve Organizational Development in Egyptian Schools

Abstract

The change is accelerating in various areas of life, Therefore, various institutions seek to develop their practices through achieve organizational development, despite the efforts of the Ministry of Education in the development of various aspects of the educational process within Egyptian schools, but they need support from various institutions interested in education in Egypt, including the Faculties of Education in different universities, through the establishment of a strategic alliance between the Ministry of Education and the Faculties of Education to achieve organizational development in them.
The study aimed to the following:
1- Define the conceptual framework of strategic alliance in the various literatures.
2- Determine the elements of the strategic alliance and the most important characteristics that distinguish it.
3- Study the most important factors that may contribute to success the strategic alliance.
4- Define the fields of organizational development and the most important methods that may contribute to its achievement.
5- Determine the stages of achieving organizational development in educational institutions.
6- Define the efforts of the Ministry of Education in achieving organizational development in Egyptian schools.
7- Present a proposed plan to achieve organizational development in Egyptian schools, through the strategic alliance between the Ministry of Education and the Faculties of Education.

The descriptive method was used in the study, and the important results of the study is present a proposed plan to achieve organizational development in Egyptian schools, through the strategic alliance between the Ministry of Education and the Faculties of Education.
