Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to identify the availability of performance skills needed to implement modern teaching strategies in light of the level of barriers of the implement that facing Domestic economics teacher in the secondary stage from the female teachers ’point of view in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (104) teachers for the study of Domestic economics in the six area. In the State of Kuwait, (Elahmadi - Hawali - Jahra - Farwaniya - Mubarak Al-Kabeer - the capital), the researcher used a questionnaire which consisted of of (36) items distributed into five domains, and the data were processed statistically using arithmetic means and standard deviations. The study reached several conclusions provides the performance competencies necessary to implement modern teaching strategies with a medium degree in all its fields in light of the level of organizational barriers that came with a medium degree overall and for all fields, from the viewpoint of Domestic economics teachers. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing material or moral incentives to home domestic's teachers who use modern teaching strategies in teaching domestic economics, and working on building large halls equipped with the tools and capabilities needed to teach domestics economics.
