Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in developing the professional development of teachers in the State of Kuwait, the study population consisted of 286 technical and administrative educational supervisors, the study sample consisted of 65 educational supervisors who were chosen using the simple random sample for the year 2019/2020 the second semester and to achieve Objectives of the study The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 36 paragraphs distributed on seven axes, the results of which showed that the educational supervisor has a great role to develop the professional development of teachers, as well as the presence of some obstacles facing the educational supervisor, and about the presence of statistically significant differences between male and female from a sample The study on the variable of administrative organization at the level of significance (0.05) in favor of females, while there are no differences on other variables of educational supervision, and in light of this the researcher reached to provide a number of perceptions and recommendations that serve educational supervision.
