A proposed Strategy for Dual Technical Education in Egypt to Enhance the Transition Requirements for the Green Economy

Abstract
Dual technical secondary education in Egypt has become a central position in development reforms, as it is the strategic asset that nurtures society with all its needs of human cadres that it needs to carry out the various development burdens. As it is one of the important pillars in the field of preparing, qualifying, developing and increasing the productivity of the workforce, and as it is also a good investment for the future, as is the case for material investment, and then it has become required to produce good quality graduates who possess high-quality skills, and have the ability to continuous education, and develop their capabilities accordingly. Complies with the requirements of the green economy, in order to deal with the new job market and the challenges posed by new work environments. The current research aims to diagnose the reality of dual technical education, identify the most important strengths and make use of them, and the most important weaknesses that he suffers from and impede him from achieving its desired goals, as well as to examine the societal conditions and their effects on it in order to discover the available opportunities and face the challenges. This is in order to develop a proposed strategy for developing dual technical education in Egypt to enhance the requirements for the transition to the green economy, and then determine alternative strategies to choose the most suitable among them, The descriptive approach was used to achieve this, and one of the main methods in strategic planning, which is the environmental analysis method, was used in order to diagnose the reality of dual technical education in Egypt to enhance the requirements for the transition to the green economy.
