Abstract:
The aim of the research is to design a program to form some concepts of earth sciences for kindergarten children, and to ensure the effectiveness of the presented program, with a sample consisting of a group of (23) kid, aged (6-7) years, from the Kindergarten of El Selahdar Official School of Excellence for Languages ​​and Affiliate to Masr Elgdeda Educational Administration in Cairo Governorate, and the research was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020), and the current research used the following tools: List of Earth Sciences Concepts for Kindergarten Children (Researcher Preparation), Pictorial Geosciences Concepts Scale for Kindergarten Children (Researcher Preparation) A program to form some earth sciences concepts for a kindergarten child (the researcher’s preparation), and after applying the Earth Science Concepts Scale, the complete program, then analyzing the pre and post measurements using descriptive methods of statistics, the following results were reached,The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group children on the scale of Earth science concepts illustrated for a kindergarten child before and after the application of the program in favor of their scores after application,The program’s effectiveness in forming some concepts of earth sciences for kindergarten children.
