This study addressed factors affecting the decision making process among employed and unemployed women. A questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data from 382 women, the majority of them are employed (241) while the remaining are full-time housewives (141). Results of the study reveal that women participate significantly in the decision-making process mainly in economic decisions. No noteworthy differences emerged between employed and unemployed women in this respect. However, employed women show slight influence in the decision making process in the family although not significant statistically.
