The role of kindergarten institutions in educational employment for curiosity from the viewpoint of supervisors, directorates and teachers in Unaizah Governorate

Abstract

This study aimed to recognize the reality of Kindergarten Institutions Role in the Educational Employment of Curiosity, the obstacles facing it, as well as the possible solutions, from the viewpoint of supervisors, managers and teachers in Unaiza, and also to identify statistically significant differences between the study sample responses depending on the job variable. In this study the researcher followed the descriptive survey method and used the questionnaire as a tool for collection of data which consisted of 48 sentences distributed to the study sample which consisted of (270) supervisors, managers and teachers at government and private kindergartens in Unaiza for the year 1437/1438H; the study found the following results: The reality of the role of kindergarten institutions in the educational employment of children curiosity from the viewpoint of supervisors, managers and teachers in Unaiza Province as a whole came in low degree of availability. While the obstacles came in high degree of availability and the possible solutions in medium degree of availability, Statistically significant differences emerged at significance level of (α ≤ 0,05) between the mean responses of the study sample according to the (Job) variable as follows:
