Proposed framework; to empowerment the Arab social science teacher to meet the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution

Abstract

 
The research aims to determine the reality of including the requirements (standards) of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the associated sub-skills related to the plans of preparing the teacher of social sciences and his strategies in the Arab countries. And presenting a suggested framework that starts from needs analysis by seeking expert opinions of teacher preparation experts in ten Arab countries, and content of the teacher preparation plans and strategies in eight Arab countries is analyzed, and this framework includes the priorities of the fourth industrial revolution standards, indicators, topics, and materials that require their integration with the Arab social science teacher preparation plans, strategies, and key concepts involved, proposed teaching strategies, planning for evaluation, and training. The sample of the research was the teacher preparation plans and strategies in eight Arab countries. In addition to a group of experts preparing the teacher in general, and the teacher of social sciences in particular in ten Arab countries, and their number (14).
The two researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach in developing the theoretical framework, preparing research tools, and analyzing the content of teacher preparation plans in general, and the teacher of social sciences in particular, and his strategies in Arab countries. Applying an open questionnaire via Google Form - given the world’s current Corona pandemic conditions - with teacher preparation experts in ten Arab countries. A framework has been developed for the proposed social science teacher preparation; In light of the results of the analysis, the application of the open questionnaire results.
