Effectiveness of Modeling Training Program in Developing Moral Values and Citizenship Among Children in First, Second and Third Grades in Elementary Stage in Taif City in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

Society seeks to inculcate the moral values ​​of children to educate them about the principles that guide them developing their personality, as well as implanting citizenship by knowing the rights granted to them by the nation, and carrying out duties and obeying laws and defending it, so the research aimed to develop moral values ​​and citizenship, the sample consisted of (10) children in experimental group, (9) children in control group, the training program based on modeling that includes (19) sessions in which clarification of tasks expected to be carried out on their own, and their involvement in thinking, then they are assigned to achieving these tasks , after the end of the training sessions have been Moral values scale​​and citizenshipscale was applied (post-test), as well as applaying both tests after a month (follow-up test), the results showed improvement of the level of moral values ​​and citizenship after training and continuous improvement of the level during the follow-up test.
