واقع تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في المدارس الثانوية للبنات بمنطقة جازان

ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في المدارس الثانوية للبنات بمنطقة جازان من وجهة نظر معلماتها ، کما هدفت إلى الکشف عن الفروق الدالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمات المدارس الثانوية  للبنات بمنطقة جازان لدرجة تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في مدارسهن تبعاً لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات المدارس الثانوية للبنات بمنطقة جازان، واستُخدمت الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، وطُبّقت على عينة ممثلة بلغت (355) معلمة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في المدارس الثانوية للبنات بمنطقة جازان - من وجهة نظر معلماتها- جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لجميع المحاور (4,15)، وبانحراف معياري مقداره (0,56)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء أقسام للمقارنة المرجعية في إدارات التعليم، لإبراز دور وأهمية المقارنة المرجعية في رفع المستوى التعليمي والأداء الإداري للمدرسة، وبناء قاعدة بيانات خاصة بإنجازات کل مدرسة تسمح بتبادل الخبرات والاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة للمدارس المتميزة، وذلک من خلال العمل على تبني النظم الحديثة لتکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال داخل المدارس بهدف توفير بيانات ومعلومات عن منجزات أداء کل مدرسة والتي يمکن استخدامها کمدخلات لعملية المقارنة المرجعية.
Abstract:
The objective of the present study was to identify the extent of application of the benchmarking in the secondary schools for girls in Jazan from the perspective of their teachers. The aim was also to detect the statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers at the high school for girls according of the variables (scientific qualification, years of experience). The descriptive approach was used to achieve the study aims. Questionnaire was used as the study tool and was applied to a representative sample of (355) teachers. The results of the study showed that the extent of application of the benchmarking in secondary schools for girls in Jazan was high, the arithmetic average was (4.15) with a standard deviation of (0.56). The researcher recommended the establishment of benchmarking sections in the education departments to highlight the role and importance of the benchmarking in enhancing education and administrative performance within schools. Also, to create a database for the achievements of each school that allows the exchange of experience and benefit from the successful experiences of the distinguished schools through the adoption of modern systems of information and communication technology in schools to provide data and information for the achievements of each school that can be used as inputs to the benchmarking process.
