Developing EFL Student Teachers' Professional Competence through the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol Model

يهدف البحث الحالى الى تقصي  اثر استخدام نموذج بروتوکول الملاحظة للتدريس المحمى (SIOP)  لتنمية الکفاية المهنية للطلاب المعلمين بشعبة اللغة الانجليزية بکلية التربية النوعية،  وتألفت عينة البحث من (48) طالباً و طالبة تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين  (تجريبية ن = 24، و ضابطة ن = 24)، و تمثلت أداة البحث فى بطاقة ملاحظة الکفاية المهنية  لقياس مستوى الطلاب قلبياً و بعدياً فى الأبعاد الثلاث للکفاية المهنية( المعرفة و المهارات و القيم) . و للحصول على البينات و تفسيرها تم استخدام کلاً من التحليل الکمى و الکيفيى. و توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطى درجات المجموعتين التجريبية و الضابطة فى نتائج بطاقة الکفاية المهنية لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية.
