درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس للضوابط المنظمة لقواعد السلوک في المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة جدة

الملخص:
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس للضوابط المنظمة لقواعد السلوک في المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة جدة والکشف عن الاختلاف في وجهات نظر المعلمات والمساعدات الإداريات حول درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس للضوابط المنظمة لقواعد السلوک في مجال مخالفات الطلبة تجاه الهيئة التعليمية والهيئة الإدارية، ومن ثم الوصول إلى العقوبات التي تعترض قائدات المدارس في تطبيق تلک القواعد. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبناء أداة البحث-استبانة- لجمع البيانات من مجتمع البحث الذي يتکون من جميع المعلمات والمساعدات الإداريات في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية والبالغ عددهن (3277) معلمة و (1703) مساعد إداري، أما عينة الدراسة تم اختيارها بطريقة طبقية عشوائية بنسبة 4% من مجتمع البحث وعددها (131) معلمة وبنسبة 5% وعددها (85) مساعد إداري؛ لتکون عينة البحث الأساسية. وتکونت الاستبانة من محورين: الإجراءات الوقائية التي تتخذها قائدة المدرسة لِتَجَنُّب ارتکاب المخالفات السلوکية تجاه الهيئتين التعليمية والإدارية. والإجراءات التي يجب على قائدة المدرسة اتخاذها ضد ما ترتکبه الطالبات من مخالفات سلوکية تجاه الهيئتين التعليمية والإدارية بالمدرسة،  وکشفت نتائج البحث: أن درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بجدة للضوابط المنظمة لقواعد السلوک في المرحلة الثانوية جاءت في الغالبية العظمى منها بدرجة متوسطة، کما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهتي نظر الهيئة التعليمية والهيئة الإدارية تجاه درجة تطبيق القائدات للضوابط المنظمة لقواعد السلوک في المدرسة. وتم طرح عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها منح إدارات التعليم لقائدات المدارس حرية أکثر في ممارسة الصلاحيات الممنوحة لهن، وإلحاق المساعد الإداري بدورات تدريبية في مجال الإدارة المدرسية.
Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the degree of application of the principles of organizational behavior and the application of the codes of conduct by the female leaders of the Secondary schools of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also aimed to explore the different points of view of female teachers and administrative assistants about the degree of application of the principles of organizational behavior related to student infractions or offenses against the school academic or administrative members. These investigations would lead to identify the challenges that school female leaders face when applying the principles of organizational behavior or the codes of conduct.

The study employs the descriptive approach. A questionnaire has been constructed to collect the required data for the study. The study population consists of (3277) female teachers and (1703) administrative female assistants of the secondary schools of Jeddah. The questionnaires were distributed to the study random stratified sample, which consisted of (131) female teachers (4% of the study population) and to (85) administrative female assistants (5% of the study population). The questionnaire has two main domains: the ‘preventive measures’ taken by the school female leaders to avert behavioral infractions committed by female students against the school academic or administrative members, and the ‘overall measures’ that should be taken by the school female leaders against students who commit behavioral offenses or infractions to the school academic or administrative members of the school. A number of findings have been reached through this study. The most significant of which are: first, there is a ‘moderate’ level of application of the principles of organizational behavior and codes of conduct by the female leaders of the Secondary schools of Jeddah. Second. There are no statistically significant differences between the viewpoints of the academic members and the administrative members towards the level of application of the principles of organizational behavior by the female leaders of the Secondary schools of Jeddah. Based on the study findings, the researcher makes anumber of recommendations. The most significant of which are: Education Departments should give school female leaders more autonomy to exercise their authorities on effecting the principles of organizational behavior and the codes of conduct. Furthermore, it is recommended to provide administrative assistants with training courses on school management.
