مستخلص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالشعور بالرضا لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. وقد تکون مجتمع الدراسة من (180 عضواَ من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. من کل من کليات الآداب (أقسام: الدراسات الإسلامية، اللغة العربية، التاريخ)، التربية (الأقسام: علم النفس، الطفولة المبکرة، المناهج وطرق التدريس)، ما بين أستاذ وأستاذ مشارک ومحاضر - واستخدمت لجمع البيانات أداتان: الأولى من تصميم الباحثة، لقياس ضغوط المهنة والثانية لقياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع من ضغوط المهنة وفقاً لإجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس أنفسهم. کما تبين وجود مستوى متوسّط من الشعور بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وکان هناک ارتباط قوي دال إحصائياً بين ضغوط المهنة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والرضا الوظيفي.
          وبينت النتائج وجود فروق في الضغوط المهنية لدى عضو هيئة التدريس تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية.
           کما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق معنوية في الرضا الوظيفي تبعاً لاختلاف الدرجة الوظيفية للأعضاء، ولکن يزداد مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بصورة رقمية لدى کل من الأستاذ المشارک، والأستاذ حيث کانت أقل مستوى لها (72.0) عند درجة أستاذ مساعد. وازداد الرضا الوظيفي ليصل لأعلى معدلاته لدى العضو (78.88) عند درجة الأستاذ.
 
Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of professional pressure and its relation to the level of satisfaction among faculty members at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University. The study community consists of (180 members between a professor, an associate professor and a lecturer - sixty members per faculty, twenty members from each department), a member of the teaching staff at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University.
(from different Sections: Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, History), Education (Sections: Psychology, Early Childhood, Curriculum and Teaching Methods), Science (Sections: Mathematical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology). To measure the pressure of the profession and the second to measure the level of job satisfaction among faculty members at the University of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman.
The results of the study showed a high level of professional pressure according to the answers of the faculty members themselves. There was also an average level of job satisfaction among faculty members. There was a statistically significant correlation between the level of occupational stress for faculty members and job satisfaction.
 
The researcher recommended:
Precisely define tasks. And finding fundament and objective bases in the distribution of tasks. Identify policies and requirements of work and ensure that they do not discrepancy and disagreement. Improve performance and reduce stress. Organization, distribution and utilization of working time. The distribution of duties and powers in a fair distribution commensurate with the possibilities and skills. Working to increase and build human relations between presidents and subordinates through holding friendly meetings away from the work atmosphere and problems. Mitigating work pressures arising from limited opportunities for promotion. Redesign functions in a way that improves performance efficiency and reduces compression. Increase substantial and moral incentives for members.   
 The results showed differences in the professional pressure of the faculty according to the social situation.
The results also showed that there were no significant differences in job satisfaction according to the different functional grade of the members , But the level of job satisfaction is increasing digitally in both the associate professor and the professor Which was the lowest level (72.0 ) at the level of assistant professor And increased job satisfaction to reach the highest rates of the member (78.88) at the degree of professor.
