Administrative Transparency at the Saudi Electronic University (SEU) (A Suggested Proposal)

Abstract

The study attempted to demonstrate the degree of practicing administrative transparency in the Saudi Electronic University (SEU) in Riyadh from the point of view of its administrative employees, and explore the most prominent obstacles and proposals that contribute to strengthening it, and present a suggested proposal for developing administrative transparency. The descriptive analytical approach was used and the questionnaire was employed for data collection. A sample of 158 female administrative employees was targeted. The most important findings showed that the participants agree to a small degree on the practice of administrative transparency.  They agreed to a large degree on the said obstacles.  The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences about the obstacles in favor of those whose academic qualifications are bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and there are statistically significant differences about the proposals in favor of those whose academic qualification is Ph.D. There are statistically significant differences about the degree of practicing administrative transparency in favor of those with job experience of (10) years or more, and there are statistically significant differences about obstacles in favor of those with job experience from (5) to less than (10) years, and there are differences Statistically significant about the proposals in favor of those with experience of less than (5) years.
