Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of the heads of departments of the Faculty of Education in Jubail of the ethical leadership dimensions and at identifying the effect of the independent variables on the scientific rank and the years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of 63 members of the teaching staff (assistant professor, lecturer, teacher) The study used the descriptive method through a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs, verified its validity and stability. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, statistical analysis was used: arithmetic averages, standard deviations, internal consistency coefficients, and multiple binomial analysis. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic average of the degree of the heads of sections of the ethical leadership dimensions was (3.28) and the average. There were no statistically significant differences in mean responses Faculty members attributed to the impact of scientific rank and experience in the practice of the head of departments of dimensions of ethical leadership
