الکفايات المهنيّة اللّازمة للمعلّمين المعنيين بتطبيق مدخل STEM في المدارس من وجهة نظرهم

هدفت الدّراسة إلى مدى امتلاک الکفايات المهنيّة اللّازمة للمعلّمين المعنيين بتطبيق مدخــل STEM (العلوم، والتّقنية، والهندسة، والرّياضيّات)، واستخدمت الباحثة فيه المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي في مســح الأدبيّات، والدّراسات السّابقة الخاصّة بموضوع الدّراسة، ‏وتمّ استخدام أداة الاستبانة للإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، وتکوّن مجتمع البحث من(25) معلمًا ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت النّتائــج امتلاک المعلّمين الکفايات المهنيّة اللّازمة لتطبيق مدخــل STEM بدرجة عالية، کمــا تمّ تقــديم مجموعــة مــن التّوصيــات والمقترحــات، ومن أهمّها: إجراء دراسات، وأبحاث مشابهة لهذا البحث بحيث تکون على مرحلة دراسيّة محدّدة، وتکون مادّة التّخصّص من ضمن متغيراتها، وأن تخصص دراسة تتعلق بأحد متطلبات الکفايات الست.
