المستخلص

          هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مجتمعات التعلم الإلکتروني في تحسين الأداء المهني لمعلمات الکيمياء في المدارس التابعة لمکتب تعليم جنوب جدة، استُخدِم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (مستخدمة الاستبانة)، لجمع البيانات التي تکونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات، وهي: (مجتمع التعلم الإلکتروني، One Note، Zoom)؛ لقياس دورها في تحسين الأداء المهني للمعلمات. تکون مجتمع الدراسة منجميع معلمات الکيمياء في المدارس التابعة لمکتب تعليم جنوب جدة والبالغ عددهن (80) معلمة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (63) معلمة ممن استجبن للتطبيق. (وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها التالي):  
-           لمجتمعات التعلم الإلکترونية دور فعال في تحسين الأداء المهني.
-           توجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥α ) لبرنامج   Note)  (Oneفي تحسين الأداء المهني.
-           يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لبرنامج (Zoom) في تحسين الأداء المهني.
-           لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥α ) بين مجتمع التعلم الإلکتروني وبرنامج ((One Note وبرنامج (Zoom) في تحسين الأداء المهني لمعلمات الکيمياء في المدارس.
-           لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لمجتمع التعلم الإلکتروني وبرنامج (Zoom) وبرنامج (One Note) على تحسين الأداء المهني لمعلمات الکيمياء في المدارس التابعة لمکتب تعليم جنوب جدة، تبعًا للمتغيرين: المؤهل العلمي والخبرة.
