تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لذوي القدرات الخاصة

يشعر الأشخاص ذوي القدرات الخاصة بعديد من أوجه القصور التي تستدعي البحث عن حلول وبدائل حديثة لتعزيز النمو الشامل لهم وتحسين جودة الحياة، ومنها حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والتي باتت تتولى أدوارًا متزايدة الأهمية في عملية صنع القرار والتفاعل، وهذا بالطبع له تأثير على المعاملة العادلة لهؤلاء الأشخاص في المجتمع؛ كما يمكن تصنيف بعض الفرص والمخاطر في أربع مجالات تطبيقية للذكاء الاصطناعي وهي: (التوظيف والتعليم والسلامة العامة والرعاية الصحية)، مما يتطلب بدوره تقديم معلومات حول عمليات وفلسفات التصميم، وابتكار خوارزميات تقلل الضرر وتعزز في النهاية حياة هؤلاء الأشخاص.
وتم تحديد مشكلة البحث في تحديد واقع استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لذوي القدرات الخاصة ومجالات استخدامه، وأهم معايير العدالة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي للأشخاص ذوي القدرات الخاصة، وعرض لأهم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المساعدة لهؤلاء الأشخاص.
كما تمثلت منهجية البحث في استخدام الباحثة للمنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات والبحوث السابقة ذات الصلة، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد إيجابيات وسلبيات استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لذوي القدرات الخاصة.
وتم الإجابة على أسئلة البحث من خلال عدد من المحاور الفرعية، كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها تقديم عدد من معايير العدالة لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي للأشخاص ذوي القدرات الخاصة، وتحديد بعض التطبيقات الذكية التي تساعد ذوي القدرات الخاصة في التعلم.
