الاحتياجــات التدريبية الأساسية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية التربية في جامعة الملک سعود لتطوير أدائهم

 هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية التربية في جامعة الملک سعود , ومن ثم معرفة الفروق الإحصائية – إن وجدت – بين وجهات نظرهم تجاه الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتطوير أدائهم التدريسي وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي, سنوات الخدمة في مجال التدريس, وعدد الدورات التدريبية التي تم الحصول عليها في مجال التدريس).
   ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي معتمدة على الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية التربية بجامعة الملک سعود والبالغ عددهن (280) عضوة.
   ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة تم استخدام: التکرارات, النسب المئوية, المتوسط الحسابي, معامل ارتباط بيرسون, معامل الفا کرونباخ, تحليل التباين, واختبار (ت).
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة کبيرة في کافة مجالاتها (مجال المعارف , مجال المهارات , مجال الاتجاهات )
کما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول تحديد أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال المعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات باختلاف سنوات الخبرة, والدورات التدريبية.
 وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تحديد أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاحتياجاتهن التدريبية في محور الاتجاهات وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي حيث کانت قيمة (ف) دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل لصالح أفراد الدراسة الحاصلات على بکالوريوس.
 
Basic training needs  for faculty members in the College of education at King Saud University to develop their performance
Abstract
   The aim of this study is to identify training needs to develop the training performance of faculty members in the College of education at King Saud University . Also the statistical information the differences between their  views towards training needs to develop the training performance according to study variables ( Educations, years of service in the field of teaching, the number of courses obtained  in the field of education)
   In order to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used descriptive based on questionnaire applied to a random sample of members of the Faculty of education at King Saud University and the (280) Members
   To analyze the results of the study using: duplicates, percentages, arithmetic, Pearson correlation, cronbach Alpha coefficient, variance analysis, test (T)
    The results of the study showed that the training needs of the Faculty came significantly in all areas (knowledge, skills, attitudes).And also results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the views of the members of the faculty of school about selecting the most important training needs in the field of knowledge, skills and attitudes depending on the years of experience and training courses .
Statistically significant the differences exist between the identification of the training needs of the men in the axis directions according to the qualification where variable value (v) statistical function at 0.05 and It is less for the benefit of the study subjects who have a bachelor's degree.
