Higher Education’s Leadership Soft Skills Reflected in Covid-19 Responses

أصبحت جائحة کورونا (کوفيد-19) وعواقبها السلبية من أکثر الأزمات الصحية التي لا يمکن التنبؤ بها في العالم، مما تسبب في تحديات کبيرة لمجتمع التعليم العالي العالمي. ونظرًا لأن قادة مؤسسات التعليم العالي قد استجابوا لأزمة Covid-19 بطرق وأساليب متنوعة، لذا فإن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو جمع المعلومات حول أساليب واستراتيجيات القيادة المؤسسية والإدارة. تستخدم الدراسة التحليل المکتبي والتحليل البعدي، والبحث على وجه التحديد من خلال مراجعة الأبحاث السابقة ثم استخلاص النتائج والتوصيات. ويجيب البحث عن سؤالين هما (1) کيف تستجيب الجامعات للجائحة؟ و (2) کيف أثرت الجائحة على قيادة الجامعة؟ من خلال القيادة الماهرة ، تحول المعلمون والطلاب في الغالب إلى التعلم عن بعد عبر الإنترنت. وترکزت الاستنتاجات على الإدارة الفعالة للکلية والجامعة کأداة أساسية للتعليم المستمر أثناء الوباء. وأنه يجب على قادة التعليم العالي إعطاء الأولوية لحماية حقوق المتعلمين وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة والسلام الدائم. لذلک ، يجب على صانعي القرار البارزين مراعاة عدد من التوصيات فيما يتعلق بضمان سلامة الجميع وضمان إعادة الافتتاح الشامل، وإشراک جميع أصحاب المصلحة، وإزالة قيود الاتصال ودعم مهنة التدريس واستعداد المعلمين وأساليب الإدارة.
