أثر وحدة مقترحة فى طرق تدريس الرياضيات فى ضوء معايير الجودة فى تنمية الأداء التدريسى للطالبات المعلمات شعبة التعليم الأساسى"

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الکشف عن أثر وحدة مقترحة فى طرق تدريس الرياضيات فى ضوء معايير الجودة فى تنمية الأداء التدريسى للطالبات المعلمات شعبة التعليم الأساسى ، ويوضح البحث کيفية إعداد الوحدة المقترحة موضحاً "الأهداف ، المحتوى ، طرق التدريس ، المواد التعليمية ، أساليب التقويم" ، وکذلک إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسى ، ثم تدريس الوحدة المقترحة "مهنية معلم الرياضيات" ، ولقد استمر تطبيق بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسى طوال فترة التطبيق ، ثم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ، من أجل الوصول للنتائج وتفسيرها ومناقشتها ، ثم تقديم التوصيات والمقترحات فى ضوء نتائج البحث ، وقد أوضحت نتائج البحث أن لوحدة "مهنية معلم الرياضيات" المقترحة أثر کبير فى تنمية الأداء التدريسى للطالبات المعلمات شعبة التعليم الأساسى.


Abstract:
This research aims to study the impact of a proposed Unit in methods of teaching mathematics in the light of quality standards on developing teaching performance for student teachers of Basic Education department; To Achieve This Aim the Researcher followed the following Procedures:
1-      Reviewing literatures, researches and previous studies, which include the following: Teacher education programs, National and international standard for the quality of the teacher, Teaching performance of teachers.  
2-      Preparing a list of standard for the quality of the teacher in the light of some of  National and international standards for teacher quality, such as: NCTM Standards, New Jersey Standards, England Standards, and National Authority for quality Assurance and accreditation of education in Egypt.
3-      The Construction of the proposed Unit in methods of teaching mathematics in the light of the pre-defined quality standards include the following: Objectives, The general framework of the content, Methods of teaching and training, Activities and teaching aids, Methods of the appropriate evaluation, for the Unit.
4-      Preparing an observation card of teaching performance.
5-      Teaching the proposed Unit, Applying of the observation card of teaching performance.
6-      Analyzing the results, explaining and discussing them statistically.
7-      Presenting the recommendations and Suggestions according to the results.
      The data analysis revealed that the proposed Unit has a big Size on developing teaching performance for student teachers of Basic Education department.
