The objectives of this study to measure the level of mathematics anxiety among students in the third grade of secondary natural sciences in Al-Baha region, as well as to account for the relationship between anxiety and achievement in mathematics, as well as between it and the accrual rate for these students. In order to achieve the study desired objectives, the researchers followed the descriptive correlational approach and the study tool for the identification of words is a measure of mathematics anxiety preparation and development of the researchers, then the application to a sample of 631 students representing 50% of third grade students of secondary, Department of Natural Sciences in the region. The selection of these students was the manner of a random stratified proportional distribution, has been chosen as 50% of students in each of the five education offices. The results of this study showed that 25.4% of the sample for the study sample consisted anxiety with the high math, and 49.6% of mathematics anxiety with the average, 25% of mathematics anxiety with the low. The results showed the existence of an inverse relationship between the function of a statistical anxiety mathematics, achievement in mathematics, as well as the existence of an inverse relationship between the mathematics anxiety and the accrual rate.
