The Effectiveness of an Optimism bassed Programme to Improve Psychological Resilience in asample Secondary School Students

Abstract

Experimental Study Groups: The experimental study groups were withdrawn from the (descriptive) group, which consisted of (60) students studying in the second grade of secondary school, selected from secondary schools (females). The researcher used the following tools: Optimism Scale Researcher Preparation, Psychological Resilience Scale (Prepared by Shaimaa El-Sayed El-Sharkawy)
Study Findings: The findings of the study confirm in the effectiveness of the training programme in the development of optimism as an entry to improve the psychological resilience of secondary school students.
